General Shipping Information

All prices and shipping costs on our website are in United State Dollars (USD).

We use Trusted Courier Service to deliver your orders WorldWide.

Free Tracking:

All deliveries include free tracking, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can then follow your package’s progress through the Courier website. (If you don’t receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder.)

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your location. You’ll see the exact shipping cost in your shopping cart before you check out.

We offer free shipping for orders $500 and above.

Dispatch Times:

  •  Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
  •  Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours, depending on the courier’s schedule.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times are estimated at 2-6 business days, depending on your location.

Gift Wrapping & Engraving:

  • Gift Wrapping: Please allow an extra 24-48 hours for gift wrapping.
  • Engraving: Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for engraving.

Here’s a general guide to delivery times outside of peak periods (excluding the Festive period, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Easter):

Standard Delivery:

Express Delivery:

  •  1-2 business day.

Important Delivery Information

  • Changing Delivery Address: Once your order has been dispatched, you can change the delivery address directly through the tracking email provided by Courier. This service is free of charge. However, if we need to recall an item or make changes to the delivery address on your behalf, we will be charged a fee by the courier, which will be passed on to you.
  • Incorrect Delivery Address: If you provide an incorrect delivery address, the goods will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order to the correct address.
  • Age Verification: The person receiving the goods must be at least 18 years old. The courier may request proof of age with a valid driver’s license, passport, or other accepted form of ID.
  • Signature Required: A signature is required for all deliveries. If no one over 18 is available to sign for the delivery, the goods will be taken to your local courier branch, and a notification card will be left for you. If the goods are not collected  within 7 days, they will be returned to The Whisky Market Hub.

Order Cancellations:

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

Our Errors:

If we make an error with your order, we will cover all costs associated with correcting the issue.

Holiday Season Delays:

Please be aware that delays may occur between December 1st and December 24th due to the holiday season. We will do our best to track your order and provide updates if any delays are expected.
